Instructions:
* Use the 19K for a higher bodied coffee or tea brewing (Or use under a paper filter as a “Booster Plate”)
* Use the 40K for a cleaner cup of coffee (These may not handle as much agitation as a
paper filter before clogging, depending on the coffee)
Clean-up:
* With the barrel still inserted, open the valve and dump out spent ground (shake if needed) in the waste bin. Rinse remaining grounds and disassemble the base/barrel. With the valve open, carefully shake the filter from the base (running some water into the valve from the bottom may help).
Wash:
* After each use, wash with an airpot cleaner. A small spritzer, like is used for RDT, works very well. When wet, these filters stick to the side of the sink and can be brushed or wiped easier
* Use espresso machine cleaner for deep cleaning if needed.
* We recommend storing these discs in the plastic case as they are quite delicate/thin.

I absolutely love it.
I’m using the 40k, I did some experiments with the 19k but I like the 40k more and stick with it.
What I love is that I don’t have to worry anymore about filters, and my waste is smaller.
I keep it intact for the whole week and take it apart on weekend and clean it, the screan just with worm water and maybe a cloth, the tube with spong and the base with a brush,; this way, the whole experience during the week is nicer, cleaner, I can brew coffees back to back without any hustle and very quickly.
