Fulfillment Policies and Procedures
Refund policy
We will gladly refund any orders upon these conditions:
- The product is returned to NL with a postage label paid by NL
- The product (not including the retail box) must be in new sellable condition. We reserve the right to determine if a product is resellable.
- A 10% handling and restocking fee will be withheld from the refund along with any credit card fees.
- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Wholesale clients may qualify for account credits instead of money refunds.
Return policy
Customers can return products for any reason, no questions asked. See refund policy above for credits and refunds.
Order fulfillment policy
Most retail purchases will ship within 2 business days, Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Customer chooses shipping carrier and speed at checkout. Purchases of $75 and above qualify for free shipping. Wholesale purchases usually take longer to process and ship depending on the order size and stock quantity available.
